Greeting from the President

Azumino City Tensan Promotion Association works in cooperation with Azumino City to preserve traditional wild silk craftwork in the Hotaka-Ariake district in Azumino. Our businesses include the training of successors, raising silkworms and reeling / weaving silk in the traditional way, as well as the production and sale of wild silk products.
We are also responsible for the management of Azumino Tensan Center, where the history of silkworm rearing and the ecology of wild silkworms are introduced using videos and exhibits. Visitors will be able to know more about this natural blessing that has been passed on from days ago. Please be sure to come to Azumino Tensan Center.
